It amazes me that so many small caps management teams raises huge amounts when the share price is at all time lows. How does that look after the shareholders with so much dilution the share price will never recover. I sold my holdings in the 8s based on the number of CRs that would lie ahead. So glad I did. The only winners here are management with their salaries funded entirely from shareholders.
