re: Ann: Offer by Liquidators received for Ha... Well, that's a good announcement. Now everything is out in the open, Silvergate has made an offer and CAP has the right to buy it on the same terms. Importantly for me, it shows that Silvergate is serious.
The victor needs to get a move along though, this has been moving slowly for a while now.
