On face value it certainly is good news but as for uncertainty, I think saying there is little to none is a bit ambitious. A non-binding MOU is as good as we will look at buying your product if and when you can produce the figures alluded to in the scoping study. This all hinges on securing an off-take for Stage 1 production to fund the stage 2 expansion which at this stage is yet to be secured despite low CAPEX and OPEX figures. Yes, the science behind separation is pretty basic but it all hinges on bore flow rates which are yet to be proven (for Stage 2) and until the PFS is completed to back up what was stated in the initial scoping study you have a good 6-12 months wait to determine if you indeed may have a potential deal with a major player 5-6 years down the track.
