OM Holdings are happy to take 100% of the lot.
However Ian back then had in the contract that over a certain amount(not sure if it was 500k tonnes or a million tonnes) that he had the option to sell to anyone else anything above that.
Either way he played it correctly because it allowed him some flexibility to deal with others which he has now done. The OM Holdings deal was for the first two years only anyway.
All looks good and this offtake means IFE will be funded further which he is obviously still working out the finer details.
Ian is more shrewd than some give him credit for.
