I got to the bottom line of the deal with OM Holdings as I went by memory in my last post. The main difference is there was no minimum amount of ore promised to OMH.
It was even more simpler than that, OM holdings could have the whole offtake if allowed, but Ian had a clause that IFE retained the rights to place 50% with anyone they wished in the future. As seen they chose a company willing to back IFE at 80c.
Bottom line, New Page has rights for 50% of the ore produced over 4 years, while OM holdings has 50% over the first two years.
Just to give you a heads up, there will be more frequent announcements very very soon in regards to IFE. So we will be kept in the loop as far as mining progress goes, especially for those who think we are not updated enough.
TRF drilling results at the lab as well.
A very happy company at the moment, and as I said in the past this is the most confident and excited I have ever heard them over my many years invested with them.
Anyone who sells now will regret big time, but each to their own. The big players have not got on yet, but when they do watch out, it will be a fast ride up.
