As usual, this announcement raises more questions than it answers. Here's a few;
1) Why didn't Mr Goodall buy ALL OF MR GOH'S SHARES?
2) Why did he pay 10.5c when the price hasn't been there since just after the Goh deal was done? Why didn't he pay the 15c, helping Mr Goh out of the obligation?
3) Is it legal for a director of a public company to buy shares from a single shareholder who is not independent at a premium price?
4) Does he want my shares at 10.5c? He's welcome to them.
5) Why can't all shareholders have the opportunity to sell shares at this price?
The stench of the Goh deal just gets stronger and stronger.
As usual, this announcement raises more questions than it...
