Two thoughts on this:
1) I won't be participating
2) I hope someone else does
Will be a good value add to non-participating holders, only appeal to this would be a liquidity event, large holder selling down over several months vs selling down in one lot.
Conclusion, if this off market is fully utilized it's very bullish for share price, with removal of big seller, however, I highly doubt it will be.
