I agree Doc. Have already voted NO to Resolutions 2 & 6. Res 2 is the Remuneration Report. Res 6 is issue of 10mill unlisted options (7mill to Erik Opstadt , GM Ops Alaska & to some consultant 3mill ??? )
It's a moot point because they are already a fait accompli - They've already given themselves the remuneration goodies, so that's an 'advisory' vote & the other guys already have their 10mill options. It's more a protest vote from me. Although if more than 25% SH vote against remun report 2 years running, they can have a Spill meeting at the 2nd AGM. If more than 50% vote to Spill at the 2nd AGM company must hold another meeting within 90days where board members are spilt except DW. But they can stand again if they want ??? Like I said it's a protest vote. Company badly needs a decent FO result.
