From what I discern from the attached links....the court proceeding is now progressing to its final appeal. However, SoA is still making progress payments against their tax credit debt to explorers. I gather that they have paid $100m this tax year so far...and now plan an additional $84m this year. And they have made provision for $170m next year. All USD of course. And from a balance that initially stood at $800m? Perhaps a bit more?

I don't know how that translates to actual payments to 88 Energy, and what mechanism the SOA is using to allocate these payments to its various 'creditors' like us....but I suspect that the $1.575m payment Spiney referenced is from the first $100m payment. How much we get of the subsequent $84m and then $170m payments is an open question. In any case, that deadwood is being slowly eroded. A rejected appeal in the court case (if it so transpires) will accelarate matters....but that decision is still likely some months away.
