It was mentioned it would be finalised within the 1st qtr. Why not finlaised in week 6,7 or 8. Why right up to the potential last week of that qtr or another delay. Yes we want the best deal however we also want time lines met, especially after they are adjusted out.

Doesn't show strong management or negotiation skills and just makes people think the current people cannot get it done IMO.

Somebody posted a news item recently that said FO now by 1H & something else goes from 1H to 3Q ( can't remember what this was anymore - brain has turned to pudding now ! ) Can anyone remember what this article was/came from ? ( or was I dreaming ? )
