Charters reluctantly I would take .05c purely based on the failure facts to date over a very long period of time, but we own half of Alaska ad it should be worth much more given what is known about our patch and the region generally. However I feel selling out would be like trying to sell a one bedroom unit in sydney off the plan right now.
Donald T won’t allow sales to the Chinese who are buying everything they can get access to.
