From where I sit now I don't think the price is worth 5c today - based on 2.5bn shares on issue. It could be in a year or two's time assuming conversions continue at 6GW / mth.
So is that what happened (I wasn't around at the time) ? - the directors awarded themselves 1.5bn additional shares when there were only 1bn on issue?? If so, is the main issue/fear that the directors will keep doing this and so dilute current shareholders?
