i think it was at the last agm or perhaps email correspondence with Ben, he supposedly said that institutions could not get in or their interest had waned since their wasnt adequate liquidity to do so without driving the SP up too hard. According to annual report top 20 own 75%, perhaps some of these escrowed shares might find pre-organised homes in larger off market block trades as to not disrupt the SP. This is pure speculation on my part. But as i see it you simply could not dump 1.5billion shares on the market at the moment with the level of interest and daily volumes we have.
