I think you are on to something here. They are too quiet especially on the promotional front. Might just be the reason why the move into NSW has not been released. First mover advantage and all...
As a side note what happens to the meters etc at the completion of their electricity supply contract? Is LPE in possession or does the complex own them? If a new company say in 6 years time is in competition can they swoop in and just provide electricity? Big IF but if they haven't been taken out by then these contracts could well turn into twice the estimated 5-7 years due to the apathy of body Corps.
