Why would they 'rent' out capacity unless they anticipate under utilisation for quite sometime. There is quite a delay for the Whela open pit which should have 'kick started' the milling of ores and advance the underground drilling.
No doubt it is prudent to make use of idle machinery but what if they get approval and 'ramp' up ore processing? where is the spare capacity coming from?
