re: Ann: Ochre (OGH) Off-Market Bid for Gondw... Ochre has advised as part of their offer that the Rights Issue supplementary prospectus is to be issued by Gondwana on or before 23 May 2014 and the shares and options issued under the Rights Issue takes place before 23 June 2014;
I wonder if gondwana will actually get this out in time as we haven't heard any more on the offer.
