Another sad sad day for the ordinary Philippine people. How does the government there expect to attract responsible foreign investment into regional areas if the continue to pull the rug from under responsible operators?? Makes no sense to me. Hopefully common sense will prevail one day for the sake of the local people and OGC shareholders. GLTAH
