This would have to be one of the worst investments I have ever made.

I agree it is a train wreck, Litigation year on year, and it appears that past directors are fighting for their entitlements. It's hard to get blood out of a stone. They were incapable of creating shareholder value and now want to send the company into liquidation.

I have mates who do work for builders and owed hundreds of thousands of dollars. The builders don't pay them because the work was so called shoddy and didn't meet deadlines in the contract. The builders get away without paying because of their water tight contracts. Have the directors done their own water tight contracts to screw shareholders over? Holding onto company records. Who knows? Looks like another drawn out battle.

From now on when I invest in a specie, I will make sure directors have a huge amount of their own skin in the game and are aligned with shareholders and there is no litigation happening.

I will never be putting another dollar into this company. This is the first AGM I have not gone to in 8 years. I have had enough and I feel sorry for all shareholders that have been screwed and wish them all happiness and success in other parts of their personal lives and their investments. This company is an absolute joke.
