Talking the talk and then walking the walk. It's not impossible some executives can actually do this.
Excuses that are out of management's control are on the thin side now. It's not going to be another 18 months of the same old, same old.
At least in that respect things are looking up. It won't be much longer and we will all know, not think but know what the real potential is.
I wouldn't like to be in Neil's shoes now. There's no where to hide. The preliminaries are over. It's time to deliver to the shareholders whose expectations have been building exponentially. Some excel under pressure others crumble.
