    Seuss - you are right, more good news for OBL - nearology. The COE announcement means Sole is being progressed and could provide the perfect tie in for Vic/P41 next door. Also the known H2S problem at Sole can be diluted by gas from Vic/P41, with the potential of extra reserves from Vic/P41 also making it the permit attractive as a purchase to have a stand-by.
