Takeover seems like a done deal especially with Tembo and Huayou agreeing. The latter I would have thought would be the only chance of a counter offer.
At 31c though it's nearly a 20% return for buying and holding for several months. Seems crazy to sell unless you were desperate to purchase something you think is going to move big time.
