Chrimata - you are smart and have provided great commentary on Nzuri - no question. In this instance, I must disagree!! If they have so much knowledge of the potential, why raise at a discount? No need for it - just being greedy by getting more shares for less money.

Only reason they invited share holders to participate (in my opinion) is they know it would be poor form to take cheap shares without offering everyone the opportunity!! Appeasement offer I would suggest.

I'll be taking up my allocation - but this could have been handled better in my opinion.
