As others have pointed out in recent threads, I have my answer as to how TPG intend to take a controlling stake in Domain - through a takeover of FXJ rather than through participation in the planned spin-off of Domain.
The most recent talk on the street seems to be that TPG are cooling off. I have some thoughts on that which I'll continue in a new thread.
