On a fundamentals basis, this is stupidly undervalued. However it seems there are few strong holders of this stock (weak register). People seem to be too willing to cop losses on it. Weakness breeds weakness. When they see a big sell order, they sell into the bid.
Technically this has been making lower highs and lower lows since the PEP11 duster. I thought the low was 4.4c, then fell to 3.5c after a few weeks, then 3.3c then 3c, then 2.8c...
