I'll bet you 9 for 10 most of the money is already spent. My guess it is mostly gone on;

1) Legal fees to take action against our auditors. Hey, didn't we change auditors less than 1 year ago? (More on that one later.)

2) Salaries. By my estimate that's about $200k a MONTH. (More on that one later.)

3) Expenses related to PrIME. Who knows how much cash is being burned on this. (More on this later.)

4) Repaying interest on Director loans @12% per annum. That means, according to the half yearly statement, we're dusting $10k a month on INTEREST! (More on that later.)
