I suspect a large slice of this will go to pay off the director loans...and I guess the balance will be used to pay director fees, now we've approved their increase.

And remember we just paid them $90,000 for advancing a loan IF the tax refund was delayed. When this money runs out (which will be soon, no doubt) they'll probably be paid another fee for making another loan at exhorbitant rates of interest. All the while, Mr Goh owes us over $1m and we're not charging him a penny in interest.

Why should we have expected anything else from these guys? Only a fool would have expected a decent honest outcome.
