As I've been telling you for a long time now, unless there's spin value, don't expect to hear anything from our board. Being now 1 week past the deadline, we should be having some (continuous) disclosure of the status.

And you should also be asking about the status of the $4.8m we owe to Luye, that we just don't have.

In the NuSep case, no news is probably bad news.

And then where are we at? Is PrIME really worth $70m? Clearly not as no 1% blocks have been sold, and we're not hearing a single word about the LOI. Reminds me of the Philippines LOI from a couple of years back. Not a word was heard about it after a short period beyond the announcement.

An LOI is not worth the paper it's printed on, much like the word of the leaders of this company.
