Well well now!

It looks as though, rather than answering all the tough questions from shareholders that the board (notice the small 'b') has been working behind the scenes to overcome their issues by garnering support from outside sources to ensure that they receive the best return for their buck and avoid the issues that have been raised by the previous 'renegade' shareholders, the previous auditors and, some of the current shareholders that have been trying to keep the board honest and to show good GOVERNANCE.

I will need to read further through the documentation and I hope that other shareholders ALSO read the documentation fully.

The shareholders who are raising questions now, I believe, like me that they believe in the IP that the company holds. However, there have been too many untruths and poor governance in the past and that is what we are trying to correct.

To some degree we have had some success by what is happening now but we still need to ensure that past sins are NOT swept under the carpet.
