Seems positive news to me, particularly:
"As this is a pre-existing purpose built facility NuSep requires less rental area than its current Lane Cove facility providing savings on both rental and outgoings."
Reduced expenses always a good thing particularly in the current environment.
Worth noting that the landlord would have to be satisfied that he/she had a good long term tenant before developing such premises and tying them up. Accordingly this seems like an affirmation that there is at least one investor who sees a long term viable future for our company. I imagine the directors may well have had to give guarantees of the company's performance in respect of paying its rent....pure speculation, but as this has obviously been in the pipes for some time, I wonder whether it may provide an explanation for certain directors resigning and at least one appearing to be on good terms at AGM as someone here reported. As I said pure speculation, like both K & FX I have no inside information, merely what's in the public domain.
