Promising tech with large & growing market.
Seem to have been struggling for a decade to get a commercial outfit....They did achieve their aim but at the expense of losing control to the minority holders.....Still need to get a handle on the "true" value of PriME to NSP.
Balance sheet is much stronger with $4.1m debt conversion (at 0.065)....Circa $500,000 interest saving....This ,together with cost cutting , puts NSP on much stronger footing.
I guess we can forgive previous & current directors for their misbehavior that got them into trouble with ASIC.
Will need to raise funds shortly ....At what price?
A little question to early holders....Is it related to the good ol' GDP (Gradipore)?
