I believe Prime is manufacturing its own membranes in house which makes sense.
What I meant was that NSP lost the plasma protein market altogether ....it now belongs to Prime.
NSP has to build up its inventory of other applications in biological separation.
Had a look at NSP's "passive" investment in Prime....I came to the conclusion that it is a substantial asset not a lost cause as many believe.
Xeraya means business.....Good business.
They have financial control , but they only have 2 non executive directors on Prime's board.
John Manusu is the managing director , Hary Nair is is the Executive chairman , Allison Coutts is a non executive director....The show is still run by NuSep people that have a large vested interest.
Xerraya kept the brains behind Prime....This is good business....The question is , does NuSep has enough brains left to develop other applications?
