Only thing I would disagree with in your post is:
"They also lost a big market supplying consumables to this particular market....A nasty blow from the minority holders."
My understanding is that the Board of NuSep elected not supply these consumables at a particular mandated price, which they assessed would probably not have been profitable. I may be wrong on this as I haven't examined the original contracts and only have access to the previous public shareholder presentations.
Now that you're a shareholder might I suggest you have a chat with Alison Coutts, who seems to be quite accessible to shareholders and is IMHO a very switched on Chairman.
