That only 45%. The rest was raised as "placements", presumably oversubscription by Syd, RB etc.

Now here's the interesting part. If Mr Chiu took anything less than $30k, then he no longer holds 5% and will have to make a "substantial shareholder" statement. I'll bet you 9 for 10 he took more than that.

And if I am correct, if he increases his position to more than 6.5% (he declared at 5.5%), then he needs to also declare that. That would be $140,000 worth.

So no declaration means he must have invested between $30k and $140k in the SPP.

I think Mr Chiu has to declare in the next 3 days?? Does anyone else know?
