Here's a way of figuring whether the SPP was good or not.

The earlier today they announce, the better the SPP will be. Actually, delaying until Monday in and of itself already suggests it is bad.

But if they announce at 9am, it will be "good", wait until 3pm and it is really bad, maybe even less than $1.5m, which requires just 100 shareholders to take up the SPP, and that is without oversubscriptions from the like of Syd & RB.

Just my guess.

What are the consequences of raising less than $1.8m? Does that mean no membrane plant?

What would it mean if they only get $1m...or what if it is even worse than that?

Syd, you should stop buying in the market and fully support the SPP, even if it is at a higher price, because if that's undersubscribed, the whole jig might be up.
