Not going to tell us how bad the SPP take up was until Monday next week....it must be bad. Less than $1.8m. Maybe even as low as $1m.
It couldn't be worse than that.
So we've got a hidden $4.8m debt, the price collapsing below the SPP price on the day of closing and a lack of disclosure on the funds raised at the SPP.
What will it say if the directors took up less than the $15,000? They will have to just to keep up the false pretence.
It's going to be an interesting week.
