I agree, i'm just guessing the $1 came about by them being in the hemp game as Elixinol are & they listed for $1.
I know that's as dumb reason as any, but looking into the prospectus atm, take a few days & pass it to few more 'in the know' legally people than me etc.
Not a lot of shares they want to list though. Less liquidity which not always a good think long term.
