Rolf, I beg to differ. This company in all forms (MYA,IWG,NET) has made announcement after announcement about the appointment of directors, partnerships with businesses who are going to lead the product down the path to exponential growth, and those oh so impressive international awards. There have been many announcements going back years that would lead us to believe that this business is making genuine progress - just like this announcement. There have been numerous board announcements that everyone believed would be 'good', and they did nothing to stem the flow of misery. The same as you believe these board announcements are good.
I recall when directors such as Kathryn Foster and Suthan Naganayagan were appointed it was 'great news' and real vindication of the product and the business. There have been countless other directors with fabulous experience and blah blah.
I just now went in and looked at old IWG announcements out of interest. There is one in 2015 that announces the appointment of more staff to cope with the volume of sales!!! REALLY!!!
You say the SP is not important now. After more than 4 years I say the SP is everything. Not all investors are as simple as I might be. When they see value in this the SP will improve. You can have all the announcements and well credentialed directors and partner agreements you like - the market will decide whether they mean anything. For the last 4 years those announcements have lead the SP from more than 40 cents in MYA money to less than 2 cents.... and some of those announcements have been very exciting, supposedly. Exponential growth and all that. Break-even cash flow by July 2017...... blah blah.
They can change and add directors and board members until the cows come home but until there are some actual, real, countable dollars in the bank no-one cares. The SP says everything IMO.
