Yeah I wound back my estimates dramatically as it looked a bit silly putting it on paper. I also know very little about the product apart from my desktop research yesterday... but I agree it would be hard to envisage yearly contracts that low for business contracts providing the service this companies product does. I guess we will see.
Malmanu, I am sure they have a plan re finance. It’s clear they have some very strong partner support which gives them plenty of options re funding. Obviously the debt funding is the one they will likely sign off soon enough... but I’m quite sure they aren’t sitting there suddenly realising they don’t have enough money for the quarter and forgot to accelerate debt funding approval. All signs to me point to a very strong story unfolding. I was in Big at 10c at a similar point where it looked like I must have been missing something for the share price to be so low. Someone on the boards was talking about the md’s father being a criminal and that it was all a ponzi scheme. I got influenced and left it alone ... and have watched it ever since. Bottom line is sales will guide the price of this going forward and the early signs look outstanding. If the product is as good as what they say (and their partners and early customer sign ups seem to support this) then this will snowball very quickly. I’ll take a position today. I don’t think I’ll pay a premium for waiting it out yesterday as it’s clear there is a big seller distributing at 2.5/2.6. Once they are done we could see a sharp rerate... but who knows how big they are.
