Ido not know about AU.  In the US the company makes this decision and theSEC reviews it after the fact.   The company also decides if a trading halt is required.   Sounless something is different in AU the ASX just publishes as quickly as possibleand if questions come up review after the fact.   Companies are very careful of what goes into press releases. 

Listening carefully to AM and Q2 CC I think you will see that AL did already tell us this was going to be fine with her change of tone between them, about Malaysia.  

This certainly has cause a nice price jump.   I predicted months ago it would go to  $2.00 We will need another 5 trading days to see what happens.     Long term I expect that revenue and costs  and there product EPS,  will become far more important than anything out of Malaysia. ( as it should be)    This combined with the Q2 CC is why Lynas decided it was not price sensitive.    Lets take a look in a few months to see how price sensitive this was.
