I wondered myself if he is truly happy with their performance or bondholders getting shares converted at $1/share or more likely due to being heavily invested and involved with them for years if he's just putting a brave face.
To answer your question its not long now. Depending on the election results in Malaysia its sometimes between soon to and 2019 , if things go pear shaped NTU could end up the only RE producer outside China. At least until ARU builds their plant.
