Ausheds, its another hybrid dude - another half arsed attempt at an EV vehicle.

If I’m buying an EV I want an EV - people aren’t interested in having to maintain a petrol engine and gearbox and then have a battery/inverter/electric motor and all the control electronics in a car - these are transitional vehicles.

Show and me something impressive because I want to know who’s going to step up to the plate and compete with Tesla with a battery/motor drive?

And Goofy, Tesla does have a PMM and it does have rare earth but still can’t find out if Dy is in the mix?

BMW’s ‘fifth generation’ appears to be an ac induction motor - nothing special in itself but excecutuon looks rather good with single speed transmission. I want to know how many kW though - it probably wouldn’t pull the skin off a rice pudding. This is not BMW’s last attempt at an EV Powertrain and car makers being like they are Mercedes, VW(Audi) will want to go up one on each other and want to extract the most acceration, efficiency and range out of their EV. Nothing you’ve sent me has disproved that car makers wouldn’t use PMM in the future and that Dy is dead yet. Keep trying boys - Ausheds send me another graph! Lol
