And that is based on a hypothetical recovery of 100% of what's in the ground!!!!!
With a natural occurrence of a tiny 0.008% Tb, 0.053% Dy & 0.004% Lu recoveries in practice are likely considerably less, and take considerable time to optimise, IF the plant works.
By comparison 99% LAMP SEG/HRE recoverable REO.
