Probably because there is nothing there except a temporary licence due to renewal in 2019 and a couple of pits in WA , one of which NTU may end up buying for a song after 2019.
The LAMP is neither here or there until a permanent licence is issued, if licence is not renewed then LAMP is just a millstone around LYC's neck that will sink the company. Only need to look at Mitsi still dragging their feet decades on after they got shut down to know that if put in a similar situation LYC would rather pull the pin then rehabilitate the site.
