Funny how all the doomsayers are out of the woodwork whenever LYC goes up a few cents and come here to release the pent up frustrations with Lynas.

But yes, you are technically correct and NTU is not supplying anything until the plant is complete which it will happen soon. Then again when it does complete the pilot plant NTU won't have the huge interest rate repayments that Lynas has so price is less of an issue for them.
