That's not a very nice thing to say, specially since they include a disclosure, name of the author and business address.
Thanks for your fanciful calculations but you seem to ignore the fact that they are based on your own predictions of prices in 2 years time rather then some real prices. And based on previous Buy/Sell stock recommendations and predictions I'm afraid that Hallgarten wins hands down.
I can only Q your motives for rubbishing their report.
