Basically steady as she goes then.
I liked the bit about 'Low thorium and uranium level' so no need to prepare for a PDF like Lynas had to do. Although one of the advantages of building the plant near the mine site means that any residue can go straight back in the pit where it came from. Also our plant doesn't upset the locals like LAMP does.
A decade on, the opposition against Lynas is still strong
