Care to answer the question about where the cash WILL come from?
No debt, no shares issued and no bonds but will somehow access hundreds of Million$?

Look at the share price and work out how many would have to be issued to build a full sized plant and mine.
A conservative estimate would be 4-5 Billion shares.

Look at how many shares there are on issue now and what has come out of it, a loss making plant (actually it's not making a loss as it's not making anything).
