Great point yet again, tarrifs on RE for ROW!
Again, you're only going to be selling low grade concentrate into China and can't benefit from that, no ROW upside for you, just low grade concentrate that no-one else in the world has a use for.
At the moment you have NO production and ONE customer with ZERO chance of getting a good price.
LYC don't even bother selling their concentrate which is higher grade than what you'll be flogging.
They aren't tied into selling into China at any price, they can stockpile and get it toll processed to either store or on-sell as suits.
