I'm a bit confused here, first you are making statements about NTU production and delivery then you ask questions about it ?

which gives you the skinny with the latest on NTU.
With regards to your opening statement , if that was true and Lynas produced DyO for a few years then why have they stopped ? Even now DyO is worth 3x the price Lynas gets for its NdPr currently, did the large amount of low priced Ce and La in Mt Weld ore made the production of DyO not viable for Lynas and caused them to run at a loss for years ?
I'm guessing then that Hallgarten has nailed it in their report , that 38c target price is close to the mark and the reason NTU retracted it was to avoid any potential whining from its knockers.
