My calculator says you understand very little of RE mkts, and less of basic economics.
Dy is a tiny, tiny market that is rapidly shrinking, the Kodak of RE, makes absolutely no sense to invest CapEx, particularly for a relatively dirty 52% con when China has abundant 92% chlorides right next door to massive amounts of idle process capacity.
